Nokia has teamed up with SBS Transit to offer free WiFi access on the bus. Connected via the cellular HSDPA network, the buses act like mobile hotspots for users to access the internet during their commute.

SBS Free WiFi Bus

This is the first in the world for buses to provide wireless access for commuters. There is no need to sign up for anything to use the service. If you happen to be riding in one of these buses, you’ll be able to log on to the unsecured wireless network provided. Currently there are 12 buses on 12 different routes offering this service.
