Guy Makes Own Fully-Working Eee Keyboard

A Russian guy built an ‘Eee Keyboard’ on his own before the actual one even hit the market. Never mind that it doesn’t come with its own LCD screen or an HDMI port; this DIY build is certainly praiseworthy. All done by squeezing the working parts of a mini computer right into a modified multimedia keyboard.

One good thing about this keyboard, and the Eee keyboard in general is the portability of the system. All the user needs to do is to hook it up to a monitor and the computer will be up and running. However like many peripherals today, the keyboard and its keys are usually constantly bearing the grunt of abuse by dirty fingers, food crumbs and spills. Therefore the idea of having a computer tucked into a keyboard may not seem like such a good idea after all.
