Here’s an experiment shown in a Russian video for a lady with long nails to type a message using the touchscreen keypad of the iPhone. The verdict? Awfully painful.

To be fair to the iPhone, I do not believe she had to press so hard to activate the icons. However, her long nails did prove to be in the way for typing messages on it. Typing with long nails on the keypad of any device be it touchscreen or not will never be easy though.
