Magpix IR-101 Midnight/Shot Lets You Take Photos in Total Darkness
Darkness and the lack of lighting are some of the most annoying factors during photography, but here’s one camera that’s able to negate some of that fuss. The Magpix IR-101 Midnight/Shot is a what you may call a 5 megapixel digital camera but on top of if it, it’s equipped with an infrared capturing system that allows one to take photographs in complete darkness.
As infrared photographs can’t display color information of the subjects in frame, you can only expect a monochrome picture based on the infrared radiation from the objects captured during the shot.
With a 3” backlit LCD display, it should be able to function as impromptu night-vision device during absolute emergencies such as during power failures. Apart from that, it’ll work great for stuff like taking photographs at night-themed zoos and safaris.
The Magpix IR-101 Midnight/Shot infrared night vision digital camera goes for $149.99 on Amazon.
