Microsoft’s “Mass Effect” Game Banned In Singapore For Lesbian Scene

Another game has bit the dust in the Singapore gaming scene following a ban by the MDA due to a lesbian scene within. The latest victim is a Microsoft game titled “Mass Effect” that is slated to be released on the Xbox 360 platform on November 20, 2007.

The controversial scene shows an alien woman and a human woman in an intimate act of homosexuality.

Mass Effect is an action role playing game with a futuristic galactic theme. The game follows a plot of the biological species in the universe in the defence against an artificial alien species outside the realm. The player plays the role of a veteran soldier of the future that makes choices in the game that lead up to diverging endings.
