Nikon D60 DSLR Camera Arrives
Nikon announced the arrival of the D60 DSLR camera. This is basically a rework of the D40x which has similar features to the D40.
- 10.2 megapixels CCD sensor
- 0.19s start up time
- Active D-Lighting
- In-Camera NEF (RAW) processing
- Split-second shutter response
- Image Sensor Cleaning function
According to sources, the D60 is the first to come with Eye-Fi connectivity. This unique technology allows the camera to upload pictures wirelessly to computers or direct to websites such as Facebook and Flickr. It will also come with automatic detection of the Eye-Fi cards enabling users to send photos to Nikon’s my PictureTown service.
The Nikon D60 DSLR camera is expected to arrive in February 2008.
