OmniTouch Touchscreen is a Wearable Portable Projector Without a Touchscreen
The OmniTouch is one cool system that works just like a touchscreen, except that there’s no touchscreen at all. In place of a touch-sensitive display, the OmniTouch uses a wearable and portable projector to present a display on everyday objects such as the user’s hands, a table or a wall.
For recognizing user input, a smart short throw camera is used to detect motion and gestures from interactions with the projected user interface.

A projector will probably look less sharp when projected on a variety of surfaces as compared to that of a hardware display on a smartphone, but the flexibility and wide range of potential uses of the OmniTouch system does looks awesomely cool.
