A gas stove on the computer desktop? It sounds rather odd but this gadget is in fact a USB-powered beverage warmer. The only difference between this and other cup warmers out there is that it looks like a portable gas stove.
LEDs line up the ‘gas’ outlets where the flames are supposed to be emitted on a real stove; which adds on yet another touch of realism. Another good thing is that it doesn’t rob the computer of its USB port because there are two USB ports built at the back of the cup warmer, effectively providing an additional port and a shorter reach for other USB devices.
The gas stove USB cup warmer is available in three colors, black, blue and red. $16, gadget4all.

With gas prices these days, the car is becoming more and more of a luxury item. Taking the car out for a leisure ride can be an enjoyable but expensive experience for some, so this gas tank gauge coin bank will act as a constant reminder to always save up.
The coolest feature of this coin bank is that as you drop in more coins, the gauge actually starts moving towards the ‘full’ position. You’ll most probably be proud enough by then to give yourself a pat on the back for being a scrooge. $12.95, Baron Bob.
Where there’s Scrabble for spellers, there’s Equate for the Math enthusiast. Many people have succeeded and failed trying to be just like Spiderman scaling vertical walls and ceilings at ease. Now here comes Jem Stansfield, a scientist who invented this device called ‘Spiderman’ Vacuum Gloves which is made of two improvised vacuum cleaners bought at a supermarket.
Obviously he has done his homework and his prior knowledge of vacuum cleaners certainly helped due to his keen interest in pushing household electrical appliances to their limits. Even the shape and type of material of the suction pads had to be considered carefully in order for it to work as desired.
The two vacuum cleaners were attached to suction pads which acted as arm extensions for scaling the vertical wall. He managed to make it to the top of the building though, but not without help of the safety harness that kept him in place when the device failed during the climb.
Jigsaw puzzles have always been a common puzzle game where you find many different images printed on jumbled pieces of odd shaped cardboard, but one that comes in the form of a pizza is definitely something we don’t see often.
The non-traditional shape of the jigsaw puzzle takes on the roundness of a pizza and it looks like a moderately challenging puzzle considering the amount of repeated images of toppings found in it.
An added feature that adds to its novelty is that it even comes in an Italian pizza box. However, I really think that it should come as a free gift for a pizza purchase but unfortunately it isn’t. £7.99, Spinning Hat.

Internet lingo has been around, well since the the Internet has been around. For many of us, typing them has been an everyday affair while there are still some who are still trying to grasp a hold on the language, especially the youngins who are still learning to type.
Here’s a keyboard spotted by Kotaku at the Toy Fair 2010 in NYC. Called the Fast Finger keyboard, it comes with two layouts for the typing beginner. The white letters on the keyboard spell out the simple A-Z format for ‘hunt and peck’ users while the red keys when activated takes on the traditional touch-typing QWERTY format.
At the top row where the F1-F12 keys reside, the red pre-programmed keys spell out the most common Internet lingo around. Never does the user need perform the most tedious task of actually typing the words ‘BRB’ , ‘LOL’, or ‘CYA’ ever again.
