Super Mario Piranha Plant Cake

Remember the cruel piranha plant in Super Mario games? This cool Mario piranha plant cake has none of that scariness and looks much cuter in comparison to its video game image. It was made by Geekologie reader Chris who helped his mom to design and make this Mario themed birthday cake with fondant for his younger brother.

Check out the power-up mushrooms and koopas lined up around the cake too. Nicely done.
