Takara Tomy Japanese Finger Waver TV Remote Control Wand
Ever wished you could wave a finger just to control the TV, like switching it off and changing channels? Well, we’re almost there. Here’s one nifty little gadget spotted at the 73rd Tokyo International Gift Show that was held in Tokyo from 8-10 February 2012.
This gadget called the television hand from Takara Tomy is a television remote that has turned cute. Not only does it make it easy to control a television with it, it also makes it pretty fun to use as well.
While it looks pretty magical at a first glance, with a closer look it’s obviously made of electronic components assembled together into a fun-looking gadget. To make this wand-like TV remote work is to first set the switches on the television hand to the correct state and then simply wave the correct gesture towards the TV and stuff like switching channels, volume changing, powering on and off the TV can be performed at ease.

A cool and useful TV remote gadget perfect for those who love to eat snacks while watching TV. One can simply wave at the TV instead of getting the original TV remote all dirty by trying to press the buttons with greasy fingers.
The Takara Tomy TV hand finger waver TV remote control is slated for a May 2012 release at a price of 2,100 yen in Japan.
