The Doraemon RC Helicopter

Doraemon lovers, check out this RC helicopter in the shape of one of the most popular manga and cartoon characters! The toy measures 7cm, weighs in at 21.3 grams and comes with controls that are easy to learn.
As the toy runs on a double rotor, there is no need for a tail rotor like conventional rc helicopters as the blades counteract each other in flight. Therefore it stays stable without spinning out of control.

Hi,
I just brought this toy. But I only managed to lift it up once. It had a hard crash landing as I was not familiar with such control. After that, it cannot lift up anymore. It just keep spinning as I increased the speeding and eventually doraemon just topple.
Can anyone advise what is the cause of the problem ?
