Windows Live Messenger 9 Beta Feature Video




Here are videos of MSN’s Beta version 9 of Live Messenger due for release in early 2009. Key features include:

  • Multiple logon support: Ability to log in from multiple locations without getting logged out from prior locations
  • Signature sounds: Personalise the sounds that play on your contact’s computers when you get online.
  • Per-contact sounds: Play sounds directly to a contact.
  • Animated gif display pictures: No more ugly static images for your display pictures.
  • Links in status messages: URLs are now clickable from status messages.
  • Anti-spam filter: report users to MSN who have been spamming you.
